Investment Director

Role Description The Investment Director is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and guiding the company’s investment activities to support sustainable growth. In this position, the individual will evaluate current and potential investments, conduct financial and market analysis, and develop risk-aware investment strategies aligned with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring investment performance, preparing reports and recommendations for leadership, and collaborating with management to integrate financial insights into long-term planning. The Investment Director will also review cash flow needs, assess opportunities related to digital expansion and product lines, and ensure that investment decisions support overall financial health.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in Investment Management and Investments, including experience overseeing portfolios or organizational investment activities.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and evaluate market trends.
Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Investment Strategies and Finance to design and implement plans that align with business goals.
Relevant experience in corporate finance, digital or technology-driven businesses, or e-commerce environments is beneficial.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools is an advantage.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and make decisions based on data-informed judgment.
