💼 Job Details
📍 Location: Bangalore
🏢 Work Mode: Full-time | On-site
🌙 Shift: 9 PM – 6 AM
🎓 Training: 2-month trainee period
💰 Stipend During Training: ₹20,000/month
💸 Compensation After Conversion
💼 Fixed CTC: ₹4.36 LPA
🔥 Variable Incentives: Up to ₹4 LPA
