Telesales Executive

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in Jaipur District. The Telesales Executive will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote products, explain technical and commercial details, and convert inquiries into sales orders. Daily responsibilities include identifying leads, following up with prospects, maintaining call logs and customer records, and coordinating with the plant and operations teams for smooth order processing. The role involves handling customer questions, providing basic product guidance, updating the CRM or sales tracking tools, there is no targets bound to this role. The individual will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, accurate information sharing, and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and professional phone etiquette.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
Ability to work with basic computer applications, CRM or call management tools, and maintain accurate records.
Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
Good listening, negotiation, and time management abilities with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines.
