Role Description The Social Media Marketing Executive internship is an on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of social media content across platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Daily activities include developing posts, stories, and campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and assisting in implementing digital marketing initiatives aligned with HIREKARMA’s goals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to promote campus placement drives, events, and success stories, as well as responding to audience interactions in a professional manner. This internship offers hands-on experience in social media strategy execution within a dynamic, career-focused organization.

Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing to manage and grow company presence across platforms.
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation to design and develop engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to support broader online campaigns and brand initiatives.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to convey messages clearly, collaborate with teams, and engage with audiences.
Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and trends is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Academic background in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
