Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on colleges, training institutes, and corporate partners to expand HIREKARMA’s recruitment network. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, managing proposal submissions, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports on business development activities. The successful candidate will contribute to revenue growth, market expansion, and the strengthening of HIREKARMA’s presence in campus and early-career hiring.
Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Business, with the ability to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and drive growth.
Demonstrated experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, pipeline management, and follow-up to convert leads into clients.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present solutions, negotiate, and build trust with stakeholders.
Account Management capabilities to nurture client relationships, ensure service satisfaction, and support long-term engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Prior experience in B2B sales, education services, recruitment, or HR tech is an advantage.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and using CRM or sales tracking tools.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and initiatives.
