The role includes managing day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring systems, networks, and business applications to ensure smooth functioning. The Executive will assist with network administration tasks such as user account management, access control, and basic security configurations, while supporting IT infrastructure maintenance, updates, and documentation. The role also involves coordinating with vendors, maintaining asset records, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT processes, reliability, and security.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and IT Operations skills, including familiarity with common enterprise systems and IT service workflows.
Candidates should possess hands-on Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Candidates should possess Network Administration skills, such as basic configuration, monitoring, and user access management.
