HR & Finance Manager – Media Production

We’re Hiring | HR & Finance Manager
Wilmarcs Motion Pictures is looking for an experienced HR & Finance Manager to join our team in Bengaluru.
We’re looking for someone who can independently manage both people operations and day-to-day finance operations within a fast-moving creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation
• Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
• Employee communication and HR operations
• Invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Vendor, freelancer and crew payments
• Production expenses, reimbursements and shoot settlements
• Accounts payable and receivable tracking
• GST, TDS and compliance coordination with our CA
• Expense tracking, financial records and management reports
• Supporting project budgets and cash-flow tracking
Who We’re Looking For
• 4–7 years of relevant experience
• Experience in a media production company, advertising/creative agency, VFX studio, events company or similar industry is strongly preferred
• Good understanding of both HR and finance operations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable coordinating with employees, clients, vendors, freelancers and accountants
• Most importantly, someone who takes ownership, follows through and gets things done
