📢 We’re Hiring | Sales & Marketing Executive – Events & Video Production
Wilmarcs Motion Pictures is looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive who understands the events industry and knows how to build relationships, generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
We work across corporate events, event films, brand films, corporate films, CSR films, photography and digital video content, and we’re looking for someone who can help us grow this side of the business.
What you’ll do
• Identify and approach corporate clients, event agencies and event management companies
• Generate leads for event coverage, corporate films and video production requirements
• Build relationships with event planners, agencies, venues and corporate marketing teams
• Handle initial client conversations and understand project requirements
• Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations with the internal team
• Maintain the sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospective clients
• Support marketing initiatives, partnerships and business development activities
• Coordinate with our production and creative teams after projects are converted
Who we’re looking for
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/business development within the events industry
• Existing understanding of the Bengaluru events and corporate ecosystem is preferred
• Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with client meetings, calls and follow-ups
• Target-oriented with a genuine interest in events, media and video production
• Experience working with event agencies, corporate events or production companies is an advantage
