The brand targets conscious consumers including Gen Z, young professionals, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone seeking smarter beverage choices without giving up the soda experience. Bubz focuses on D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade channels and is committed to making functional drinks feel cool, social, and aspirational while bringing evolved soda into the mainstream in India.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager role based in Mumbai. The Marketing Manager will lead brand strategy and positioning for Bubz, develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels, and drive customer acquisition and retention for D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade. Responsibilities include planning and executing promotional activities, managing agency and partner relationships, overseeing content and creative development, and monitoring brand performance through data and analytics. The role also involves budget management, market and consumer research, coordination with sales and product teams, and building a consistent brand presence that resonates with target audiences.
Qualifications
Brand and marketing strategy skills, including experience in positioning, campaign planning, and go-to-market execution.
Digital marketing, social media, and performance marketing skills, with the ability to manage D2C and quick commerce channels.
Market research, consumer insights, and data analysis skills to guide decision-making and measure campaign effectiveness.
Content creation and creative briefing skills, with an eye for visual storytelling and consistent brand messaging.
Channel and trade marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or consumer brands.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; prior experience in a similar marketing leadership role is preferred.
