🚀 We’re Hiring: Tech Business Analyst
We are looking for a Tech Business Analyst with strong experience in requirements analysis, Agile delivery, business process analysis, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst.
Advanced English – strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules.
Strong experience in business process analysis, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution evaluation.
Experience with Azure-based applications, cloud solutions, system integrations, and solution design discussions.
Good understanding of SDLC, REST APIs, integrations, SQL, data analysis, and functional specifications.
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Visio/Miro, and Power BI (preferred).
Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, Microsoft Copilot, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, RAG, and Responsible AI.
Experience contributing to requirements and acceptance criteria for AI-enabled solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives, resolve requirement ambiguities, and drive business outcomes.
