Are you a confident B2B salesperson who can find your own opportunities, open doors and close deals?
Lavish Blends is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, self motivated sales professional to join us as a self employed B2B Sales Partner, specialising in our commercial coffee machines and complete beverage solutions.
This isn’t a role where we’ll hand you a list of warm leads.
You’ll be responsible for finding the opportunities yourself and you’ll be rewarded accordingly.
💰 What can you earn?
Uncapped commission with the potential to earn £500–£2,000+ per machine/package sale.
Your earning potential increases with the size and profitability of the deal.
You’ll also have the opportunity to earn additional commission from the coffee, syrups, hot chocolate and other consumables supplied to customers you introduce.
🎯 Your role
You’ll be responsible for the complete sales process:
Identify and research prospective businesses
Generate your own leads
Cold call and email potential customers
Prospect through LinkedIn and social media
Visit businesses and introduce Lavish Blends
Identify their coffee requirements
Arrange meetings and demonstrations
Present our commercial coffee machine solutions
Build quotes and proposals
Negotiate and close deals
Develop long-term relationships with the customers you win
Identify opportunities to supply their ongoing coffee and beverage requirements

You’ll be targeting businesses including:
Cafés • Coffee Vans • Restaurants • Hotels • Pubs • Offices • Gyms • Health Clubs • Golf Clubs • Sports Clubs • Farm Shops • Garden Centres • Leisure Centres • Dealerships • Hospitality Venues
Essentially, anywhere that has a requirement for quality commercial coffee.
🔥 Who we’re looking for
We’re not looking for someone who simply wants to wait for enquiries to come in.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is confident speaking to business owners and decision makers
Has proven B2B sales experience
Is comfortable with cold calling
Can generate their own pipeline
Is commercially minded
Is persistent without being pushy
Can handle rejection
Has excellent communication skills
Can negotiate and close
Is organised and self motivated
Wants their income to reflect their performance
Is prepared to put the work in to build a substantial pipeline
Experience selling coffee machines, hospitality equipment, catering equipment, telecoms, business services or other B2B products would be advantageous, but isn’t essential. Training on our machines can be provided.

The role can be carried out through a combination of telephone prospecting, email, LinkedIn, face to face
meetings and business visits.
