What You'll Do
Assist union members with benefit-related questions
Educate members on available coverage and programs
Support enrollment and claims processes
Build relationships with members and their families
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve member concerns
Provide outstanding customer support and follow-up

Strong communication skills

Dependable and self-motivated
Comfortable speaking with people over phone and Zoom
Organized and detail-oriented
Customer service experience is helpful but not required
