We’re looking for a Project Executive who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare communications environment and is ready to take ownership.
What will you be doing?
• Coordinate and manage multiple healthcare communication projects
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution
• Track project timelines, deliverables and follow-ups
• Coordinate with medical, creative, digital and other execution teams
• Prepare project-related presentations, trackers and reports
• Ensure quality, accuracy and timely delivery
• Handle day-to-day communication and resolve project-level challenges
• Support the team in delivering projects from brief to final execution
What are we looking for?
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, healthcare/pharma, medical communications, advertising or a related field
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong organisational and follow-up abilities
• Good command of MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Healthcare/pharma experience will be an advantage
• Most importantly — ownership, responsibility and a willingness to learn
Location: Ahmedabad
