AvenueCorp India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading System Integrator and MEP solutions provider, specializing in Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), MEP, Fire Safety, Electronic Security, BMS/Building Automation and turnkey engineering solutions for data centres, industrial facilities, commercial buildings and infrastructure projects.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations – Projects to lead multiple projects and drive end-to-end project execution, operational excellence, team performance and successful project delivery.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple projects from planning to installation, testing, commissioning and handover
• Manage multidisciplinary Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and Site Teams
• Plan project schedules, manpower, resources, procurement and deliverables
• Ensure projects are delivered within timeline, budget, quality and safety parameters
• Oversee MEP, ELV, Fire Safety, Electronic Security, IBMS/BMS and Building Automation projects
• Manage clients, consultants, PMC, architects, OEMs, vendors, contractors and subcontractors
• Review BOQs, tenders, drawings, specifications and technical requirements
• Drive budgeting, cost control, commercial coordination and value engineering
• Monitor project progress, risks, milestones, resources and critical activities
• Conduct project review meetings and provide MIS / management reports
• Ensure effective testing, commissioning, documentation and final handover
• Drive resource optimization, operational efficiency and client satisfaction
• Identify and resolve critical project and operational issues through timely escalation
🔹 TEAM MANAGEMENT & MIS
• Lead, mentor and develop project execution teams
• Allocate manpower and resources across multiple projects
• Monitor team performance against project deliverables
• Establish strong coordination between management, clients, consultants, vendors and site teams
• Review MIS covering project progress, manpower, procurement, cost, risks and timelines
• Present regular operational updates to senior management
🔹 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
✅ Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
✅ 6+ years of experience in MEP / ELV / Building Automation / Project Management
✅ Strong experience in Fire Safety, Electronic Security and IBMS/BMS
✅ Proven experience independently managing multiple projects and delivery teams
✅ Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, commissioning and handover
✅ Experience handling project budgets, commercial coordination and cost control
✅ Strong vendor, contractor, consultant and client management experience
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills
