We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Dental Assistant to become an integral part of our Chartwell branch in Hamilton. Working 3 days per week, this role offers the opportunity to support our clinical team helping deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Dental Assistant Responsibilities
Supporting our clinicians during a wide range of dental procedures
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining high standards of infection control
Sterilising instruments and ensuring equipment is ready for use
Maintaining accurate clinical records and treatment notes
Monitoring and replenishing clinical supplies
Helping create a safe, efficient, and well-organised clinical environment
Monitor stock control
Hours
Monday 8:30am-3:30pm
Wednesday 8.30am-3.30pm
Friday: 8:30am – 3:30pm

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous Dental Assistant experience preferred but not essential
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience using dental practice software (EXACT experience is advantageous)
Strong typing skills
A genuine passion for patient care and creating positive patient experiences
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional, reliable, and trustworthy approach with a high level of confidentiality
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team culture
Valid NZ work right
