Job Description
PARGEM Consulting International is looking for a Junior AI Agent & Automation Specialist to help build AI-powered systems for consulting, B2B growth, and business automation.
You will work directly with the PARGEM team to transform real business needs into AI agents, automated workflows, and integrated solutions using LLMs, automation platforms, APIs, and data.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years) who is passionate about AI and automation and enjoys learning, experimenting, problem-solving, and building real solutions.
Success in this role means turning business requirements into reliable, practical, and scalable AI-powered workflows that are used in real business processes.
Responsibilities
Build, test, and improve AI agents and automated workflows
Develop automations using n8n, Make, or similar platforms
Integrate ChatGPT, Claude, and other LLMs into business processes
Connect applications, systems, and data sources through APIs, webhooks, and structured data
Develop AI-supported research, data collection, classification, and scoring workflows
Implement and improve structured outputs, tool calling, validation, and human-in-the-loop processes
Test, troubleshoot, document, and continuously improve AI workflows
Work closely with the PARGEM team to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions
Explore emerging AI technologies and identify relevant business use cases
Qualifications
Recent graduate or 0–2 years of professional experience
Strong interest in AI agents, LLMs, and automation
Familiarity with n8n, Make, or similar automation tools, or strong motivation to learn
Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON
Basic knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript
Practical experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLM tools
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new technologies independently and quickly
Comfortable experimenting, troubleshooting, and finding solutions
Ability to follow English technical documentation
Experience with RAG, MCP, tool calling, Supabase/PostgreSQL, Git/GitHub, web scraping, CRM integrations, or AI agent projects is an advantage but not required.
