Human Resources Executive

Nucleo is building AI-powered private-market infrastructure for family offices, wealth firms, investors, institutions and startups. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a People & Talent Lead to help us build a high-performing team.
What you will do
* Own end-to-end hiring across business, sales, product, engineering and operations.
* Source, screen and coordinate candidates across multiple roles.
* Work directly with founders and functional leaders on hiring priorities.
* Manage offers, negotiations, joining and employee onboarding.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
* Set up simple and effective HR processes, policies and documentation.
* Own employee records, leave, attendance and basic people operations.
* Help build Nucleo’s culture as the team scales.
* Identify people issues early and proactively solve them.
* Work with external partners for payroll, compliance and other HR requirements.
What we’re looking for
* 2-4 years of experience across Talent Acquisition + HR/People Operations.
* Strong experience hiring across different functions.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Comfortable sourcing candidates directly rather than depending entirely on consultants.
* Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
* Comfortable in a fast-moving startup with evolving processes.
* Startup/fintech/SaaS hiring experience is an advantage.
