Process Associate

Role Summary
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Process Associate to join our operations and customer success team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our customer engagement, primarily responsible for executing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support our clients. You will handle critical data and document processing, ensure smooth customer onboarding, and occasionally travel to client sites to collect information and provide hands-on support.
Key Responsibilities
SOP Execution & Processing: Strictly follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to process customer data, investment documents, and system configurations within our SaaS platform.
Data Collection & Collation: Gather, collate, and verify critical information, KYC documents, and operational data from customers ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Field Support & Travel: Travel to customer locations (within the city or as required) to assist with onboarding, collect physical documentation, perform data verification, or provide in-person process support.
Customer Support: Act as a primary point of contact for operational queries. Resolve level-1 customer issues related to data processing and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality checks on processed data to ensure there are no discrepancies that could impact the client's investment operations.
Process Improvement: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of current SOPs and provide constructive feedback to management for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of daily operations, document collection statuses, and customer interactions using our internal CRM and ticketing tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Minimum of an Undergraduate degree, Diploma, or Certification. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in STEM, Commerce, or Business Administration.
Experience: 0 to 4 years of relevant experience. We welcome ambitious freshers who are quick learners, as well as candidates with 1-2 years of experience in operations, backend processing, or customer support within SaaS, banking, or fintech.
Location: Must be residing in Bangalore or willing to relocate immediately.
Willingness to Travel: Must be comfortable traveling to client locations as dictated by business needs.
Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with a good understanding of MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools (like Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot), and general web-based software applications.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to interact professionally with B2B financial clients. Fluency in local languages (Kannada/Hindi) is a strong plus for field visits.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive financial data and compliance documents.
