Chief Financial Officer

Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at LED NEON is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing all financial operations and guiding the company’s long-term financial strategy. The CFO will manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning to support sustainable growth. This role includes leading the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial statements and reports for leadership and stakeholders. The CFO will develop financial policies, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and implement effective internal controls. Daily responsibilities also involve partnering with other departments on pricing, investments, and strategic initiatives, managing relationships with banks and external advisors, and providing clear, data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Planning skills to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy.
Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial documentation.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support sound business decisions.
Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably as CFO or equivalent in a growth-oriented company.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, collaborate across teams, and communicate complex financial information clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a relevant advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, MBA) is beneficial.
Experience with financial systems, reporting tools, and process optimization in a product or design-focused business is an advantage.
