Chief Financial Officer

Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at LED NEON is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing all financial operations and guiding the company’s long-term financial strategy. The CFO will manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and capital planning, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, reviewing financial statements, optimizing resource allocation, and providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making. The CFO will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate growth opportunities, manage risk, support pricing and investment decisions, and improve financial processes and systems. This role also involves building and mentoring the finance function to support a scalable, high-performing organization.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance with proven experience in senior financial leadership roles.
Expertise in Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
Ability to prepare, review, and interpret Financial Statements and oversee Financial Reporting processes.
Advanced Analytical Skills to assess performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
Experience ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams in a remote or distributed environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, MBA) is a plus.
Experience in manufacturing, design, or creative industries is beneficial but not required.
Comfort with financial systems, reporting tools, and process optimization in a growing organization.
