Chief Financial Officer

Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing all financial activities of LED NEON. This role includes leading financial planning and budgeting, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The CFO will prepare and analyze financial statements, provide strategic financial guidance to leadership, and support long-term growth initiatives. Daily tasks involve monitoring key financial metrics, developing and maintaining internal controls, coordinating with external advisors, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The CFO will collaborate closely with executive leadership to align financial strategies with business goals and to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong financial planning and finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Experience preparing, reviewing, and interpreting financial statements.
Proficiency in financial reporting, including creating management reports and dashboards.
Advanced analytical skills to evaluate financial data and support strategic decisions.
Proven leadership experience in a senior finance role, ideally as CFO or equivalent.
Knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate across teams and time zones.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is an advantage.
Experience in design, manufacturing, or creative industries is a plus.
