Role Overview
We are looking for a Software Implementation Executive responsible for the successful implementation, configuration, onboarding, and ongoing support of the company’s software products.
The candidate will work closely with 1XL group companies and with clients to understand their requirements, configure and deploy software, train users, resolve implementation-related issues, and ensure smooth adoption of the software.
Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Implementation
Manage end-to-end implementation of different software products.
Understand client requirements, business processes, and workflows.
Configure software based on client requirements.
Set up users, roles, permissions, workflows, and system settings.
Coordinate with technical and development teams for customisation, integration, and technical requirements.
Conduct system testing before client deployment.
Manage software go-live and ensure smooth implementation.
Client Onboarding & Training
Conduct software demonstrations and client onboarding sessions.
Train clients and end users on software features and functionality.
Explain workflows and best practices for effective software usage.
Provide implementation guides and training documentation.
Assist clients during the initial adoption period.
Software Support
Handle client queries and software-related issues.
Troubleshoot application and configuration issues.
Identify the root cause of recurring problems and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
Follow up on reported issues until closure.
Provide post-implementation support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordination & Project Management
Coordinate with Sales, Product, Development, and Support teams during implementation.
Manage multiple software implementations simultaneously.
Track implementation timelines, milestones, and pending activities.
Maintain proper records of client requirements, configurations, issues, and resolutions.
Provide regular implementation status updates to management.
Required Skills
Experience in software implementation, SaaS onboarding, application support, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of software applications and business processes.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to understand requirements and configure software accordingly.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple implementations and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ownership of assigned implementations.
