About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, reporting, and performance management. This executive will partner closely with senior leadership to strengthen financial discipline, optimize capital allocation, and support sustainable growth across the luxury watch and fine jewelry business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
Oversee accounting, financial controls, cash flow, and financial risk management.
Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to support executive decision-making.
Lead long-range planning, capital allocation, and investment evaluation.
Partner with Retail, Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Technology, and Executive Leadership on key business initiatives.
Establish financial KPIs and monitor performance across business units and retail operations.
Strengthen financial systems, reporting processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance organization.
Qualifications
15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including significant senior executive responsibility.
Experience in luxury retail, jewelry and watches, consumer brands, retail, or another multi-location business environment.
Strong background in FP&A, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic finance.
Proven experience managing financial performance, capital allocation, and complex business planning.
Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, and corporate governance.
Experience partnering with senior executives and leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Excellent financial, analytical, leadership, and executive communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA, CPA, or advanced degree preferred.
