Role Description The Senior Product Manager will lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for key AI-powered offerings at Somi AI. This full-time remote role is responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing roadmaps, and aligning cross-functional teams around measurable outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user and market research, translating insights into clear requirements, partnering closely with engineering, design, and data science, and overseeing the lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration. The Senior Product Manager will analyze product performance, experiment with new features, and refine solutions based on data and user feedback. This role also involves stakeholder communication, documentation of decisions and trade-offs, and mentoring product team members to support a strong product culture.
Qualifications
Strong product management experience, including defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and delivering software products end-to-end.
Hands-on experience working with AI, data-driven products, or technical platforms, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science teams.
Proficiency in user research, requirements gathering, and translating complex problems into clear, actionable product specifications.
Ability to analyze product metrics, run experiments, and make decisions grounded in both qualitative and quantitative data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including leading discussions, documenting decisions, and aligning diverse teams.
Demonstrated experience working in remote, distributed environments with strong self-management and collaboration skills.
Background in technology, product management, business, or a related field; experience in AI or SaaS environments is highly beneficial.
Comfort with ambiguity, a thoughtful approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to ethical and responsible AI development.
