Technical Trainer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer role based in Hyderabad. The Technical Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for service technicians, sales teams, and other technical staff on Eureka Forbes products and systems. Responsibilities include developing training materials, conducting classroom and hands-on sessions, organizing refresher trainings, and maintaining training records. The role involves assessing skill gaps, collaborating with product and service teams to update training content, and ensuring that all participants follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. The Technical Trainer will also support certification programs, provide feedback to management on training effectiveness, and contribute to continuous improvement of technical competencies across the organization.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in Technical Training and Training & Development, with experience designing and delivering structured technical programs.
Candidates should possess practical experience as Technical Trainers or in similar roles, with a solid understanding of product-based technical concepts.
Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication and Training facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
Candidates should possess skills in evaluating training outcomes and using feedback and data to enhance training content and methods.
Relevant technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in consumer durables, water treatment, home appliances, or related industries is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple training batches and schedules.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with digital learning tools or LMS platforms.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and conduct training in both classroom and field environments.
