Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Gujarat, India. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales for Eureka Forbes’ portfolio, including water purifiers, vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, and security solutions. Day-to-day activities include visiting residential and commercial customers, explaining product benefits, preparing and following up on quotations, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery and installation in coordination with service teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and providing feedback from the field to support marketing and product improvement. The Salesperson is expected to build strong customer relationships, offer basic product usage guidance, and promote Eureka Forbes’ reputation for trustworthy, health-focused solutions.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, present solutions, and close deals effectively.
Customer service and relationship-building skills, including active listening, empathy, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
Basic knowledge of consumer durables or home appliances (e.g., water purifiers, vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, security products) or willingness to learn quickly.
Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with clear presentation and persuasion abilities for in-person interactions.
Ability to work on the field, manage daily visit schedules, and meet defined sales targets under minimal supervision.
Comfort with basic documentation and record-keeping, including using mobile apps or sales tools for reporting and order processing.
Prior experience in direct sales, retail sales, or field sales is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business
