Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Management role based in South Delhi. The role involves overseeing day-to-day business operations, supporting strategic and annual business planning, and tracking performance against key business goals. Responsibilities include analyzing sales and operational data, preparing management reports and dashboards, and identifying opportunities for process and revenue improvement. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, fostering strong communication between sales, service, and support functions. The Business Management professional will help drive customer-focused initiatives, ensure service quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, performance tracking, and informed decision-making.
Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to support strategy development, budgeting, and operational execution.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support customer-centric initiatives and maintain high service standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Experience in business operations, sales support, or business analytics within consumer products or services is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and business reporting tools; familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
