A fast-scaling IT staffing and talent advisory firm in India, we partner with mid-market and enterprise clients to build high-impact tech teams across domains like software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and data science. Our recruiters drive end-to-end hiring cycles—from souring niche talent to closing offers—with a data-informed, candidate-first approach. You’ll operate in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment where speed, precision, and relationship-building define success.
Role & Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and qualify active and passive IT candidates across India using LinkedIn, job portals, and direct sourcing techniques.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical fit for roles in software development, DevOps, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and QA.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
Manage full-cycle recruitment from offer negotiation to onboarding coordination, ensuring seamless candidate experience.
Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness) and optimize pipelines using ATS tools.
Represent the firm at campus drives, tech meetups, and industry events to build talent pipelines and employer brand awareness.
