Engineering Manager

Requirements:
3-7+ years leading engineering teams, or a senior engineer ready to step into management.
Strong hands-on experience in C# /. NET and advanced SQL.
Experience designing and scaling distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.
Strong experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native design patterns.
Familiarity with event-driven architectures, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
Proven ability to stay technically hands-on while managing people, priorities, and delivery.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
SaaS, HCM, or compliance-driven platform experience is a plus.
