Information Technology Executive

The Information Technology Executive will oversee daily IT operations, including managing network infrastructure, servers, and user systems that support global clinical development and supply chain activities. Responsibilities include providing technical support to internal users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and ensuring high availability and security of IT systems. The role involves monitoring system performance, coordinating preventive maintenance, managing backups, and assisting with implementation of IT policies. The Information Technology Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support technology-driven process improvements, and help maintain documentation for IT assets and procedures.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and IT Operations skills, with experience managing day-to-day infrastructure and systems in a corporate environment.
Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to resolve user issues efficiently and maintain service quality.
Knowledge of information security best practices, backup and recovery, and basic server administration is preferred.
Effective communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills are required.
