Role Description This is a full-time remote Recruiter role responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of client positions. The Recruiter will source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks, conduct interviews, and evaluate qualifications based on client requirements. Daily activities include coordinating with hiring managers, drafting and posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate pipelines, and scheduling interviews. The role also involves providing regular updates to clients, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties. The Recruiter is expected to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, meet agreed timelines, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
Qualifications
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
Comfort with remote work tools, applicant tracking systems, and online job platforms.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles at once while meeting deadlines.
Attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to fair, inclusive hiring practices.
Prior agency or in-house recruiting experience is preferred; experience across multiple industries is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
