Role Description The AI Video Trainer is a full-time remote role responsible for creating, organizing, and delivering video-based training content used to improve AI models. In this position, the individual will record and present clear instructional videos, demonstrations, and scenario-based content following defined scripts and guidelines. The AI Video Trainer will collaborate with product, data, and content teams to refine training materials, ensure consistency, and provide feedback on how users interact with AI systems. Daily tasks include preparing training scripts, rehearsing content, performing on-camera sessions, reviewing recorded material, and documenting improvements. The role also involves maintaining high-quality audio-visual standards, adhering to ethical and privacy guidelines, and meeting production deadlines.
Qualifications
Ability to present confidently on camera, with clear spoken communication and professional video presence.
Experience creating or delivering training, educational, or tutorial content, preferably in a digital or online environment.
Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or digital technologies, and willingness to learn more about AI training processes.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to follow structured scripts, meet deadlines, and manage multiple recording sessions.
Comfort using video recording tools, basic video editing software, and collaboration platforms in a remote work setting.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy, neutrality, and non-discriminatory language in all recorded content.
Reliable remote work setup, including stable internet connection and a quiet, professional recording environment.
Prior experience in education, customer training, content creation, or media production is beneficial but not required.
