We want to scale Job Spread’s infrastructure, integrate smart hiring technologies, and expand our reach to onboard strategic business partners and enterprise clients globally. Key Responsibilities
Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Lead the complete technical vision, architecture, and technology stack selection for the Job Spread platform.
Platform Architecture & Engineering: Design, build, and scale a secure, high-performance HR Tech infrastructure to support massive user growth and global expansion.
AI & Smart Hiring Integration: Drive the development and integration of AI/ML, automation, and smart hiring algorithms into our platform.
Product Leadership: Partner closely with business co-founders to align product features with market needs, client demands, and overall business goals.
Team Building: Oversee future engineering talent, set software development best practices, and lead full-stack development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven Technical Background: Experience as a CTO, Technical Co-Founder, VP of Engineering, Lead Architect, or Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer.
Hands-on Building Capabilities: Strong experience building, launching, and scaling web/mobile platforms from scratch.
Domain Knowledge: Experience or interest in HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, SaaS platforms, or Marketplace platforms is a huge plus.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Passion for building startups, solving complex problems, and driving business value through technology.
Leadership & Strategy: Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical business partners.
