SAP Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Configure and customize SAP modules based on business processes.
Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
Gather requirements from business users and prepare functional specifications.
Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
Coordinate with ABAP developers and technical teams for custom developments and integrations.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Provide production support and resolve SAP incidents within agreed SLAs.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and SAP optimization.
Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration between SAP modules and external systems.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of relevant SAP module(s), such as:
SAP FI/CO – Finance & Controlling
SAP MM – Materials Management
SAP SD – Sales & Distribution
SAP PP – Production Planning
SAP HCM/SuccessFactors – Human Resources
SAP EWM – Extended Warehouse Management
SAP S/4HANA
Good understanding of business processes and SAP best practices.
Experience in SAP configuration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP GUI.
Understanding of SAP integration technologies.
Exposure to SAP implementation methodologies such as SAP Activate.
Knowledge of ABAP debugging and technical concepts is an advantage.
Experience with SAP migration, upgrades, or system conversions.
