Eostier is a brand group building consumer brands with fully in-house teams, operating at a $20M+ annual run rate. We're now launching a premium activewear brand built on one idea: activewear that's functional and flattering at the same time. The best thing to wear to the gym, and good enough to live in all day.
The forecast: $100M ARR in year one. Creators are at the core of how this brand grows, which makes this one of the most crucial seats we're hiring for.
THE ROLE
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media. Not someone who "uses" it. Someone who's basically addicted to it. You're scrolling anyway, you always know which creators are popping, and you can feel within seconds whether someone is good.
As a Social Media Intern: you'll find creators, reach out to them with an easy process, and bring them into our creator programs. You are the front door of the entire creator machine.
The most deciding criterion for this seat: you have the aesthetic wired into your brain. You instantly understand what a good-quality, platform-organic creator looks like: the look, the feel, the vibe. That's something you either see or you don't, and we're looking for people who see it. Preferably young, extremely online, and organic to the platforms.
What You'll Do
Scout social media creators across social platforms through every method that works: scrolling, direct search, creator pages, suggested accounts, trends
Reach out to the creators and UGCs you find, answer their questions, and guide them until they join our programs
Get creators to the onboarding stage and help our Community Manager make their transition smooth
Collaborate closely with the creator team so the pipeline never stalls
Know who's popping, what formats are rising, and where the next wave is coming from
What We're Looking For
You genuinely live on social media. Scrolling is your natural state, not a task
You instantly recognize what a good-quality, platform-organic creator looks like: the look, feel, and overall vibe
You always know which creators are blowing up, without a tool telling you
Friendly, persistent, and professional in DMs and email
Organized enough to run high-volume outreach without dropping conversations
No formal experience required. Your eye and your drive matter, not your CV
