Executive Assistant to Founders

Eostier is a brand group building consumer brands with fully in-house teams, currently operating at a $25M+ annual run rate. We're now launching our next venture: a premium activewear brand built on one idea: activewear that's functional and flattering at the same time. The best thing to wear to the gym, and good enough to live in the rest of the day.
Our forecast is $100M ARR in year one. This role is one of the first five hires on the founding team.
THE ROLE
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to be the right hand to the two founders. Literally, not as a job-title decoration. You'll work directly with us daily, with no layers between you and the decisions. Things move same-day here.
This is a hands-on, operationally minded EA role. You're not just managing calendars and making contracts (though you occasionally will). You're the person we hand an objective to and trust it gets done, or that you'll figure out how.
We want someone genuinely smart with their own ideas. If your instinct is to think, propose, and push back if something isn't right rather than operate like a robot, you're our kind of person.
What You'll Do
Help us grow the team and bring the right people on as we scale
Keep calendars and scheduling running across the company: team, partners, manufacturing, operations
Hop on regular calls to help push things forward where we can't be
Take objectives and run them down end-to-end: research, dig into the real issue, come back with a report and a recommendation
Make sure the work we hand to the team and contractors gets done properly
This isn't a strict corporate job: we don't typically micromanage, though we'll still check in and step in when you need us
Occasional travel and in-person work, expenses covered: photo shoots, partner meetings alongside us
What We're Looking For
Sharp, fast thinker. High intellect is the #1 requirement
Hands-on: you'd rather solve the thing than schedule a meeting about it
Excellent written communication. You'll represent the founders
Highly organized and detail-obsessed across multiple threads
Proactive: you flag what we haven't thought of
Comfortable with speed, ambiguity, and autonomy in a fully remote setup
