UI/UX Designer Internship

Role Description This remote UI/UX Designer Internship role offers hands-on experience in designing digital products and websites for startups and growing teams. Interns will collaborate with designers and developers to create user flows, wireframes, and mockups that align with clear product goals and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include contributing to user experience design decisions, refining visual layouts, building interactive prototypes, and assisting with front-end handoff documentation. The internship emphasizes clear communication, feedback-driven iteration, and ownership of design work within a supportive, builder-led team environment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in User Experience Design (UED), including user flows, information architecture, and interaction design.
Ability to create mockups and visual design assets that are clean, consistent, and aligned with product and brand goals.
Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) to build interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder review.
Basic understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, responsive design) to support design handoff and collaboration with developers.
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in design, HCI, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong attention to detail, willingness to receive and apply feedback, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Portfolio or sample work showcasing UI/UX projects, mockups, and prototypes (academic, personal, or professional).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a genuine interest in building products with accountability and long-term impact.
