Talent Sourcer - Colombia

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Sourcer / Researcher to join our international Sourcing team and support candidate research across Latin American markets.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys research, communication, and working with people. If you’re organized, curious, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!
🔎 What You’ll Do
Search for and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn and other online platforms.
Review candidate profiles and CVs based on job requirements.
Support initial candidate screening and qualification.
Maintain and update candidate information in our CRM.
Share relevant candidate profiles with the Recruiting team.
Track candidate progress and keep recruitment records up to date.
Prepare basic sourcing reports and conduct talent market research.
Support multiple vacancies and priorities.
✅ What We’re Looking For
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
Fluent Spanish.
Strong communication and research skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
Interest in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, Research, or Sourcing.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
