Role Description
The Head of Corporate Alliances (Contract) will lead the development, negotiation, and management of strategic partnerships that expand Uppera AB's market reach and enhance its service offering. This remote role involves identifying and prioritizing potential corporate partners, building senior-level relationships, and structuring mutually beneficial alliance models. The position includes overseeing the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and due diligence to contracting, launch, and ongoing governance. The Head of Corporate Alliances will collaborate closely with leadership, strategy, product, and delivery teams to align alliances with business objectives and client needs. The role also includes monitoring partnership performance, refining joint value propositions, and providing regular reporting and insight to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience in strategic partnerships, corporate alliances, or business development, preferably in professional services, consulting, or B2B SaaS.
Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and executive-level communication.
Demonstrated capability in deal structuring, contract negotiation, and managing complex commercial agreements.
Experience in market analysis, partner segmentation, and building data-informed partnership strategies.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple partnership pipelines, and deliver against clear targets.
Comfort collaborating with strategy, product, and delivery teams to shape joint offerings and go-to-market plans.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear narratives.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience in consulting or corporate strategy is an advantage.
Interest in evidence-based management, organization performance, and research-led approaches to strategy is highly beneficial.
Experience working across international markets or with global partners is a plus.
