Key Responsibilities
• Counsel students regarding courses, programs and academic opportunities
• Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs
• Handle student queries through calls and other communication channels
• Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process
• Build strong relationships with students and parents
• Maintain accurate student/lead records in CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth enrollment and onboarding
• Achieve assigned performance goals and maintain regular follow-ups
Requirements
✅ Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
✅ Graduation in any discipline
✅ Excellent English & Hindi communication is mandatory
✅ Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
✅ Good counselling and relationship-building abilities
✅ Comfortable with calls, follow-ups and student interaction
✅ Positive, confident and target-oriented approach
💰 Salary:
Freshers – Up to ₹28,000/month
Experienced – Up to ₹45,000/month, depending on experience and suitability
