Cittabase Solutions is a specialized Data & Analytics company delivering enterprise-grade products and services in Data Management, Business Intelligence, AI, and Analytics.
We are hiring a BI Developer to turn raw data into clear, reliable insights that drive business decisions. You will build and maintain analytics solutions in Qlik, extend reporting with Power BI, and use Python to automate data preparation and analysis. You will work directly with stakeholders and own dashboards from data source to final visual.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik (Qlik Sense / QlikView) apps, including data models, load scripts, and interactive dashboards.
• Build and publish Power BI reports and semantic models, including DAX measures and scheduled refreshes.
• Write Python scripts to automate data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and reporting tasks.
• Gather requirements from business users and translate them into KPIs, metrics, and visualizations.
• Optimize data models and queries for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Validate data quality, reconcile figures across sources, and document data definitions and logic.
• Support users with training, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements to existing reports.
Required Qualifications
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a BI Developer or in a similar analytics role.
• Strong working experience with Qlik (Qlik Sense or QlikView): scripting, data modeling, set analysis, and dashboard design.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas or similar) for data manipulation and automation.
• Solid SQL skills and understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Must be Qlik Certified
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, or AWS.
