Role Description The VP of Creative is a full-time remote leadership role responsible for setting the creative vision and ensuring high-quality execution across all client work. This role oversees creative direction and art direction for campaigns, guides concept development, and ensures that branding and messaging are consistent and effective across channels. The VP of Creative collaborates with strategy, account, and production teams to translate client objectives into impactful creative solutions for both digital and traditional media. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring creative teams, reviewing and refining creative proposals and deliverables, and championing innovative approaches that align with client goals and Media&More’s standards. The role also involves participating in key client presentations, contributing to new business pitches, and building processes that maintain creative excellence and operational efficiency in a remote environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills to define and lead the overall creative vision.
Candidates should possess Branding and Concept Development skills to build cohesive brand narratives and develop original campaign ideas.
Candidates should possess Art Direction skills to guide visual identity, design quality, and cross-channel creative consistency.
Significant experience in leading multidisciplinary creative teams in an agency or similar environment, including remote collaboration.
Proven track record of delivering successful integrated campaigns for diverse clients and industries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills, with experience setting priorities and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is an asset.
Familiarity with digital and traditional media channels, and comfort working with data-driven insights to inform creative strategy.
