Role Description
The Campus President is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for driving CalibiAI Academy’s campus programs, operations, and growth.
1. Lead and manage campus programs, workshops, bootcamps, hackathons, and events.
2. Ensure high-quality learning experiences and strong student outcomes.
3. Coordinate with students, faculty, trainers, colleges, and internal teams.
4. Build and manage partnerships with colleges and educational institutions.
5. Support curriculum and program development aligned with industry requirements.
6. Oversee campus operations, program execution, and resource management.
7. Track student performance, feedback, and overall program effectiveness.
8. Identify opportunities for program expansion, innovation, and growth.
9. Represent CalibiAI Academy in institutional, industry, and community engagements.
Qualifications
1. Experience in education, EdTech, higher education, training, or institutional programs.
2. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
3. Experience in program management, curriculum development, academic operations, or partnerships.
4. Understanding of AI, Data Science, or emerging technologies.
5. Strong strategic, problem-solving, and growth-oriented mindset.
6. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Management, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
