Our client is one of the nations leading machine manufactures and they are looking to hire multiple Field Service Engineers in all their regional territories across the US-northeast, southeast, midwest, northwest, south and soutwest. They need someone that has 5+ years experience working on 3-5 axis CNC Machines. This is a remote position but requires 50% travel.

Required Skills And Responsibilities
5+ years of experience with machine installation, maintenance, and repair
Creating and updating documentation of technical information.
Develop ongoing and ad-hoc special reports pertaining to Service
Build strong customer service relationships with customers.
Advise factory engineers regarding equipment defects, customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvement.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and sequence (PLC) ladder diagrams.
Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to travel 50% of the time to customer sites
Experience working with FANUC or Siemens NX
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools.
Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or trade school
Ability to foster long term relationships
Compensation
$80,000-90,000
Overtime eligible
