Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Legal Analyst at Lawshield Technologies Private Limited. The Legal Analyst will review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements to identify risks, inconsistencies, and compliance issues. Responsibilities include preparing, structuring, and proofreading legal documentation, supporting the development of standardized templates, and assisting in contract lifecycle management. The role involves conducting legal research, summarizing findings, and collaborating with internal teams and external legal partners to provide clear, practical recommendations. The Legal Analyst will also contribute to the enhancement of the platform’s legal workflows and knowledge base to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law with experience in areas such as contracts, corporate, or commercial law
Analytical Skills to review, interpret, and assess legal documents and complex information
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, structuring, and formatting legal materials
Experience handling Contractual Agreements, including review, negotiation support, and risk identification
Effective Communication skills for explaining legal concepts clearly to both legal and non-legal stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent; advanced legal qualifications are an advantage
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple matters simultaneously
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with legal research tools and MS Office
Experience with technology-driven or online legal platforms is a plus
