Role Description The Research Assistant role at Lipongroup is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Research Assistant will support projects in areas such as climate action, energy systems, connectivity in education, and data-driven enterprise solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing data, assisting with laboratory or field experiments, and documenting research methods and findings. The role involves preparing reports, presentations, and research summaries for internal teams and external partners. Collaboration with researchers, engineers, and academic partners, as well as maintaining accurate records and following safety and compliance protocols, is expected.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret complex datasets and research findings.
Demonstrated Research experience, including literature review, experimental design support, and documentation.
Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, such as handling equipment, following protocols, and maintaining accurate lab records.
Effective Communication skills for presenting results, writing reports, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.
Familiarity with statistical tools or software (e.g., Excel, R, Python, or similar) is an advantage.
Ability to work systematically, meet deadlines, and follow ethical and safety standards in research settings.
Interest in climate action, sustainable energy, IoT, or educational technologies is highly beneficial.
