Job Summary
We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities, support India–Germany intercompany transactions, and assist with accounting, taxation, reconciliation, reporting, and closing activities. The role requires knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation, international transactions, SAP FI/CO, and an understanding of German finance and accounting processes.

Job Role & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
Handle accounting entries for purchases, sales, payments, receipts, expenses and journals.
Process and monitor India–Germany intercompany transactions.
Perform bank, ledger, customer, vendor and intercompany reconciliations.
Process finance transactions and maintain records in SAP.
Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger activities.
Handle and monitor international transactions and foreign currency transactions.
Support Germany taxation and compliance-related activities.
Assist with TDS, GST, withholding tax, DTAA and transfer-pricing-related requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and external stakeholders whenever required.
Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports and reconciliations for management and the Germany Finance team.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting policies.
Understand and work with German finance/accounting terminology and processes.
Support any other finance and accounting activities assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 3–5 years in Finance & Accounts.
Relevant educational qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
Hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO and MS Excel.
Knowledge of India–Germany finance and accounting processes will be preferred.
