Role Description The RM – Real Estate Dubai & Tricity (Mohali, Chandigarh) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mohali .The role involves sourcing and managing real estate leads, guiding clients through property options in Dubai and the Tricity region, and coordinating property viewings and consultations. The relationship manager will maintain ongoing communication with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable residential and investment properties. Key responsibilities include negotiating terms, supporting documentation for transactions, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end client experience. The role also requires staying updated on local and Dubai real estate trends, regulations, and investment opportunities to provide informed advice.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.
Experience in real estate sales or brokerage, preferably with exposure to Dubai and/or Tricity (Mohali, Chandigarh) markets.
Proficiency in negotiation, deal closure, and handling real estate documentation and basic legal/compliance requirements.
Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain investment options clearly and professionally.
Ability to work on-site in Mani Majra, manage multiple leads, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM software for lead tracking, reporting, and client follow-up.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Prior experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or high-net-worth client servicing is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
