Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for Assistant Business Managers focused on UAE Real Estate, Stock Broking, and Retail Loans. The role involves sourcing and managing client relationships interested in UAE real estate investments, stock market products, and loan-based financial solutions. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client financial goals, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the execution of investment or loan transactions. The Assistant Business Manager will maintain accurate client records, track portfolio performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management. The role also includes market research, participation in client meetings and presentations, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in relevant jurisdictions.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and build trust across diverse client segments.
Knowledge of real estate markets (preferably UAE), basic stock broking concepts, and retail loan products, with the ability to explain these offerings clearly to clients.
Analytical and research skills for market analysis, financial comparisons, and preparing data-driven client proposals and reports.
Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client accounts, follow up on leads, and meet sales and service targets.
Comfort with MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms for documentation, reporting, and client coordination.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certifications in finance or real estate are an advantage.
Prior experience in real estate sales, financial services, stock broking, or retail lending is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical business practices.
