Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in New Delhi, supporting clients across Dubai Real Estate, Insurance, and Housing Loans. The Relationship Manager will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their property, insurance, and financing needs, and recommend appropriate solutions from AVITO Homes’ portfolio. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and calls, coordinating property viewings, and guiding clients through documentation and transaction processes. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth deal execution and high levels of client satisfaction. Qualifications
Client relationship and sales skills in real estate, insurance, or housing loans, with a track record of building long-term client partnerships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex investment and financing options clearly.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze client profiles, and provide consultative recommendations aligned with client goals.
Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools for managing leads, pipelines, and client documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate or financial services are an advantage.
Previous experience in Dubai real estate, insurance advisory, housing loans, or related financial services preferred.
Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a target-driven, collaborative environment.
Comfort working on-site in New Delhi and coordinating with cross-border teams and clients.
